What a way to start my week.

I am having a terrible headache now and some (in)considerate colleague commented that I have put on weight! =(

anyway, i cannot jog due to knee cap pain but the healing mass has on sat was great ... can u believe, the stupid knee cap was causing me much discomfort but after we pray over ourselves, the pain (along with my neck ache) was gone!
